I am writing to complain about the CD player I bought in your shopping centre on 25th September while I was in the London on my business trip.

I must inform you that the device was working properly only for two days. In that time the appliance started turning off itself immediately after use.

Let me assure you that I did not do anything to cause damage to the CD player. I also did not try to fix the problem myself.

I demand a full refund and I hope you will give this matter immediate attention.
